I just dropped into a memory that set of a view of whole world of limitations and powerlesness. Like I suddenly see that, besides being traumatized, I myself am hostile towards other humans. I aslo see how I got there. And I hope I can get to the point where I can be myself again, in time. hopefully before this body, that I am in, has to die.
With your message on limitations I can now see that, in those few lines above, there is this complete set of limits. there is learned hostility, which feels sickning to myself. Also the hostility drives everyone away, which is the opposite of what I want. Also there is my age, the timespan that my body has been alive, which has made the character-deformation dang difficult to uproot since is has been there for so long. And there is my age in the sense that this body is well past half of it’s usual life-expectancy. So my body’s end is drawing near. And so is my chance to learn to put this all down and be who I am.
Your message made it a lot easier to put this overwhelming realization in some perspective that I can grasp.

I hope this following comment helps: Time is not your enemy. Sure, technically there is a limited span of opportunity while physical in a given life- but even so, importantly, all these moments that happened until now were meaningful. Now is the point of power. If you are ready now, then all the moments, no matter their count, were worth it. You are powerful right now. I send you love, dear sister!

Hi Christian, thank you for your helpful comment on time. Also thank you for your support. It means a lot to me. Love is a word that is lost in me in this life, at this moment. I can feel only the slightest shadows of it. But Can you maybe elaborate a bit on the “Now is the point of power” bit? My minds eye does not seem to be able to comprehend power. My minds eye not giving me anything to make me understand what it means and I seem to be unable to access my real self. I seem to be quiet crippled/restrained/limited.
Even though the limitations are very high here, we are consciousness deciding what to do with what has arisen. When do we do that? Right now. That’s not just a play on words- it means, actually, right now you have access to your power! What power? In broad terms: The power of choice, the power of interpretation, the power of focus, the power of standing in and as some quality, and the power of BEING. Meaning- you are a powerful piece of What Is- and you get to do whatever you wish with all this limitation that has arisen.
We get to decide what that means in more specific terms! Be the human! – What do you as the human want to do? What can you choose that is more in alignment with freedom? What is joyful to you? What does your body need? Or, what does your body ask to avoid? What interpretation are you putting on this moment? What interpretation are you putting on yourself? Do you identify with the interpretations others have put onto you? If so, why? – And many, many more questions! You get to discern which are important to you. This is not a matter of intellectual comprehension, it is a matter of: Being. What/ who are you being (choosing to be) today? Follow the gentle internal call towards ease and joy wherever you are. Can that happen within limitation? Yes. Can that happen even if the limitation is great? Actually, yes.

we choose how long of a life we wish to experience. we come from there to learn and to grow as higher spirtual beings. we may be lmited here on the true things we can do and achieve. time is our friend.
