Presentation to the International Board of Regression Therapists May 2025

Sharing a link to a presentation I recently gave to the IBRT (International Board of Regression Therapists)! I shared about my pre-birth memory, my own history of dealing with personal trauma in this life, key themes that I discovered in my own trauma healing journey, and ideas for therapists to remain aligned as they assist their clients and participate in the evolution of consciousness.

  • Hey Christian

You mentioned that during pre birth planning you knew your body will have certain physical ailments/sensibilities which would have their purpose in your awakening. Now that you overcame and learned from the painful experience you had in China, wouldn’t you say that the pre planned physical issues have reached their purpose? So in line with Bashar’s teaching that you’re a new person every second, couldn’t you decide: ok, from now on let’s have a strong, vibrant, pain-free body?

    • The fear that I am here to integrate is a very deep vibration, and so where there are yet elements of that to process, pain may yet be appropriate. In simple terms, what I am doing is (experientially) big. I have felt that it is likely too big even for one lifetime, and that is OK. (Acceptance of even that fact facilitates its “completion.”) Strictly speaking, yes, once an offering has fully fulfilled its purpose, it does not need to continue. We are all moving towards fullness of being and complete vibrancy and health, always.

  • Hello Mr Sundberg,

    I hope you are well

Sorry to bother you, you must be overloaded with questions

I would like to contact you for clarification about the afterlife after reading books and watching videos. I am well aware that the ego plays a role in near-death experiences, making people see what they want to see or not see.

Nevertheless, I’ve noticed from reading and watching a number of videos by Tom CAMPBELL, Matias DE STEFANO or even James MONTAGUE BEDFORD-STRADLING the author of the “final Great Path” who, through questions put to his mentor, the Avatar DEUS (which, like his predecessors, seems to be the Source / God in human form), states that once we die, we remain in the afterlife for an average of 50 years, after which we are reincarnated.

Thank you for sharing this information and allowing others to benefit from it.

However, i do find it strange that there are so many different opinions (after all, I understand that explaining this in human terms is almost impossible), since according to Tom CAMPBELL, we reincarnate directly after the “Life review” without really having any choice about paying our Karma.

Is paying our Karma by incarnating on Earth the only option, or even after 50 years, do we have a choice to stay. I feel like even after death like they say, in any case, we have to pay our karma and the afterlife is not just eternal life where we do what we want. The only way to do that is to be freed from this wheel of karma.? I’m sure you don’t have the answer to everything, and you’re not claiming to have it.

But, what do you think about all this ? I have the impression that more people tend to say that we don’t really have a choice.

It’s not an easy question, and one day we’ll all have the answer. I’m trying to understand, even if in the end, being afraid of not having a choice once I’m dead will only slow me down in life.

I hope I haven’t offended you by challenging you with these questions.

By the way, what can we accomplish with our true “body”, it’s very hard to even fathom. For example, can we meditate into the sun if we want to be in the cosmos ? Can we create our own world ? At which speed can we go for example ?

Thank you for your time and have a good weekend.

    Sincerely

    • I don’t know anything about a 50 year period. I can at least say that the inter-life reality system does not follow our local Earthly linear time in the same way- and also *all* activity is happening within the one Now, which transcends *all* time- so I personally would be wary to put any Earth-duration on the average time between incarnations.

Regarding karma- karma is not a debt that is paid through some currency called incarnation. Rather, it is the natural “cause and effect” we have built up based on who we are and what we have chosen. The divine laws of karma are in place that help us to see, experience, and then evolve who we actually are. Indeed, subsequent physical experiences may very much help us to do that- especially through extremely dense vibrations that may only be available in our physical universe, or one like it.

Even so, we always have a choice. At the soul level, incarnation cannot happen without a choice, because there is nothing more sovereign than the Source (of which the soul is a piece), and so self-surrender is required for immersion into the apparent powerlessness of veiling. Free will is first, and nothing is truly required of us, so incarnation is not technically ever required. That being said, a lower “portion” of the self might feel compelled or even mostly choiceless in the process, especially if their form association is very deep. (Practically speaking, metaphorically form association acts as something like a strong gravity around a planet, and so where we are very much wrapped up in form, we may re-incarnate rather quickly and seemingly almost “automatically,” due to our own state of consciousness.)

Regarding “being afraid of not having a choice”- there is nothing to fear. That is the truth. If you fear not having a choice (that is, you fear powerlessness), then even that can be faced, allowed, accepted. Fear is always based in a negative self-perception that is not true. So fear of not having choice may be based in a perception of being powerless- and that is not in alignment with the truth of who you are, which is utterly free.

Regarding your last question, I am not certain what you mean by our “true body,” but I can at least generally say that consciousness itself does not have limitations- except those which it created within itself and committed to within itself. So for example yes, it is possible through meditation to experience being the sun, because the sun is also existing within consciousness.

      I hope that helps!

  • Hey Christian

I guess you’re aware of Bashar prediction that in 2027 everything will change, ie we’ll have open contact with ETs. The main reason why I’m very sceptical of this is that we haven’t yet had an undeniable, broad daylight, clear sighting of ET spaceships. I mean, we had Phoenix lights incident all the way back in 1997 but nothing more than that since. It makes no logical sense to me that ETs would avoid showing their ships all these 28 years since then, a period in which we’ve supposedly been raising our frequency to be close to theirs and suddenly in 2027 they will just land and step out of their ships and interact with humans.

    What’s your take on this?

    • Hello sir Vlad, I hope you are doing well!

I generally don’t pay much attention to prophecies, including from Bashar. I feel Bashar tends to speak a bit cryptically, or symbolically, or in statements that align with energetic patterns or preceding thought realities, rather than routinely speaking about widely recognized physical events. (If Bashar is who he claims he is, Bashar is likely also aware that he is nudging our probability stream by his interaction with us, and I suspect he respects the implications of that.)

The “widely recognized” part is important. I have personally come to find that there is ample evidence of psi phenomena, non-physical activities, and even non-human (alien) phenomena that exist, but are just quite categorically dismissed by the mainstream. Why? A primary reason is: Consciousness sees the world through its lens, and the lens of our race right now is still very much one of either materialism or religion. Also, with no offense to my fellow humans, a remarkably little amount of discernment and personal willingness to seek what is true tends to be utilized (chosen) by the average human person, so far. On Earth right now, most people believe what they are taught, and go through the instructed motions. This may be a bit unfairly categorical but: overall, our state of consciousness is still not advanced.

I feel that our frequency is most certainly not “close to theirs.” This is not a matter of our frequency being close, but rather, not being so hugely dissimilar that they don’t cause us more damage and disruption by their appearance. It is wise to respect where both individual people and societies are in their development, and to honor them there, and not disrupt that prematurely.

The following is just a single personal anecdote but I’m reminded of this moment, just sharing for fun: I was recently talking about aliens with a family friend. He responded with, “They are demons.” When I paused at his remark, he followed with, “Well, we know they are demons because Satan owns the air, and UFOs fly in the air.” I recognize of course that not all humans think similarly, but it was a good reminder to me at least of where some- and perhaps many- people are, quality-of-discernment-wise. (I honor his walk, as done in good faith, even if I do not agree with his conclusion.)

In consciousness-space our nature is obvious. We are like a rowdy, messy, loud bunch of kindergartners on the playground. (I’ve heard Bashar say, somewhat jokingly when asked why there hasn’t been wide-scale landings, “Would you want to land in an insane asylum where everyone has guns?”- perhaps not an unfair point. 🙂 )

Regarding “nothing more than that since”- I do not think this is true (that UFOs have not widely shown themselves since 1997). I’m sure most the TikTok videos my wife shows me daily of UFOs appearing to groups are fake, but a good number probably aren’t. I know of several people I do trust who claim to have seen UFOs after 1997, though only in very small group settings. The public congressional hearings on the subject, with video testimony, were very interesting. I almost couldn’t believe I was hearing what I was in congress by multiple respected members of our mainstream institutions. To me, that seemed like a reasonable step towards disclosure, considering where we are. I mean one captain actually said to the congressman: “Yes, we retrieved biologics.” So it’s at least been said on the floors of congress under oath that we have alien bodies.

It’s interesting how as humans we are focused on them “showing their ships.” It might be example of our thinking, actually: Show me the objects! Advanced civilizations know that the actual reality is in consciousness, and the physical is a simulation, which is second. There are no objects. All of this is an experience taking place in consciousness.

And so, the shift in consciousness must be first. I suspect that non-human entities will continue to increase their level of interaction as we shift in consciousness-space, but only as it is useful and appropriate.

My guess is that going from interacting with thousands here-and-there to interacting with millions all-at-once will probably take quite a long time. So I will also be very surprised if there is wide-scale broad-daylight interaction by physical non-human entities in a way that makes our mainstream news outlets in 2027.

  • Hey, Christian! Fellow Pre-birth experiencer here! I love, love, love your story! I found it a couple of years ago and the part where God spoke to you made me so jealous! I had an experience of God holding me in his hand right after I watched your story and prayed to God for a similar encounter. Could you describe more what it looked like in the pre-birth realm or area where you were before you decided to come to Earth an incarnate here? Like, what did your spiritual surroundings look like and what did your spiritual guide look like? I’m trying so hard to imagine it, but I’m just drawing a blank! Would love to chat more! Blessings!
