  • Hey Christian

Are you aware of the prediction Bashar made regarding US elections and the apparent perturbation it caused among those who follow him? (I say this based on the posts made in a large FB group and in one Reddit board).

I have a couple of questions: 1. Why would an intelligent being make such a prediction AND use that strange wording (male, female instead of using the names of the candidates)?

    2. Considering Bashar’s track record in predicting the future (close to 0% hit rate) I wonder why he still makes them and why can’t he accurately make predictions. I mean, if one ‘sits’ beyond space and time, shouldn’t it be quite obvious what happens and when and then simply connect the time dots, so to speak when making a prediction?

    • Hello sir! I cannot speak for Bashar or any other being. I’ve definitely heard Bashar make comments that don’t pass muster for me. That being said, I also think it’s important to keep in mind that our reality unfolds probabilistically, not in a singular objective way. So I imagine some of what channeled sources (where they are real, of course) are pulling from is the probability tree of potential outcomes (which is not certain and has many different potential ways of unfolding at any given unit time).

As for “why not use names?”- I don’t know exactly but I suspect it might be because of the following: There is an energetic difference- and thus energetic *impact* difference- with every thought, intention, and even word, especially given its level of focus, clarity of focus, and specificity. The level of uncertainty in any given idea- or even any given physical object seen or named!- does change the probability levels for how that thing is likely to persist or manifest, even if just a little. (Our reality is a probabilistic simulation occurring within consciousness, not an objectively real place. Low uncertainty/ high certainty by conscious participants in the simulation about something = low room for change / more probable outcomes; whereas high uncertainty/ low certainty by conscious participants = more room for alteration and less probable outcome). This is the nature of our simulated universe. This is one reason why sometimes explicit guidance is not appropriate: it could affect the simulation (its trajectory) and its participants too much. That is just my guess though!

      • Yeah, the probability tree describes it perfectly. I know at least a couple of Seth’s predictions that didn’t come true either: one, in the very early sessions, he kept saying that Jane would soon stop smoking, yet she continued to smoke for the next 20yrs until her death. The second, regarding her illness during the final years, he predicted she would heal, but she progressively got worse till she died. So I guess, as Yogi Berra put it, ‘It’s tough to make predictions, especially about the future.’ πŸ™‚

  • If I may join the conversation… πŸ™‚

I never really understood why one would wanna know about the future. If it is true that only the Now exists, and the ‘future’ is only a projection in our minds, then the act of predicting itself becomes an agent for creating this very future.

Predictions contradict the concept of complete freedom of creation in my opinion. Just my thoughts on the topic! πŸ˜ƒ

    Have a wonderful day everyone!😊

  • One question that keeps arising in my head is related to the mention of time being non-linear, but I often hear things described when people recount out of body experiences that imply the notion of time maintaining some aspect of linearity. Things like ‘before’, ‘after’, ‘during’, ‘later,’ ‘for a while’ and similar words/phrases.

How do these words, or moreover, explanations of occurrences which people have experienced in an out of body state correlate to a concept of non-linear time? Is it related to the ability to navigate to before and after from ‘now’? Does ‘now’ even exist in such a context, or is everything somehow ‘now’?

How does one wait for a given duration at all without a vector of time?

Argh, I have to meditate more.

    • Hello! πŸ™‚ Our local strict linear time is a form of sequence (sequencing experience). Sequence also exists and is experienced, however, in higher systems- it just transcends our local linear causality as we know it. Sequence is natural, and does not require our strict linear time system. In simple terms we might describe linear time as being subsequent to the higher sequence of “soul time” or perhaps “soul evolution time”, all of which is happening in the one Now. I hope that helps! πŸ™‚

  • I too, heard the prediction by Bashar and a similar one by Amber Cavanaugh. I found this caused me a lot of fear, which caused me troubled sleep sometimes worrying about what could be the destruction of our planet. I finally was able to handle it by just asking for guidance and I was led to a passage in a book that had to do with remote viewing of all things. It stopped the fear and I’ve been able to move on from it. I just have one question though if our earth was made uninhabitable rather by war or by climate catastrophes, etc. would another earth be created. Where would we all go to have the earth experience that is so unique
