This 30 minute sharing with Melissa’s Love Covered Life community is a succinct presentation focused on two topics:

(1.) How to live a good life while human

(2.) How can we know if we are aligning with our pre-birth plan?

Just sharing a podcast I participated in this morning! 🙂 I do share my pre-birth experience throughout the video, but more importantly we went into many interesting topics around our multidimensional nature and the importance and meaning of quality of intention.

I am excited to announce a live (and free!) three part series on the topic of meditation scheduled for Tuesday 3/25/25 at 7:00 PM Eastern/ 4:00 PM Pacific, continuing weekly the following two Tuesdays. Anyone can join! I will be presenting, and my friend Heather Conger will be hosting.

Each of the three sessions will include a brief presentation, a meditation-focused Q&A session, and then a live meditation experience together. The presentation and Q&A portions will be recorded and subsequently posted publicly on YouTube, the meditation experience will not. We expect each session to last between 1 to 1.5 hours, but we will remain organic.

I’m sharing here the link to a presentation I gave a few weeks ago to the IANDS Northern Virginia group! The first 28 minutes or so I re-share my pre-birth experience, then starting at around 28:00 I give about a 30 minute prepared presentation on what this human experience is all about and how we might best utilize it, and then the rest of the conversation starting at around 1:00:00 is an open lengthy Q&A, where many interesting topics are discussed.
